Important Riding Notes

• Ticket Redemption: Present your electronic voucher at the designated ticket redemption points (May 30th Movement Monument Station OR the Red Service Kiosk at 1416A Lujiazui Ring Road). After collection, you may board at any designated stop.
• Weather & Safety: The open-top upper deck may be temporarily closed during rain or bad weather. Do not lean out of the bus or throw objects. Large luggage is not recommended due to limited space.
• Audio Guide: Supports offline use through a WeChat scan. Earphones are included.

Child Policy

• Children 1.3 meters (inclusive) or below ride free of charge (no separate seat provided).
• Each accompanying adult may bring a maximum of ONE free child. Height verification will be conducted on-site.

• Mandatory Registration: Exact Name and Passport Number are required for registration. You MUST bring your physical passport on the day of travel.
• Strict Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation and a full refund are available if requested up to 24 hours in advance of your booked travel date. Cancellations made within 24 hours are strictly non-refundable.
