Reservation & Traveler Rules

• Minimum Group Size: 1 traveler.
• Booking Cutoff: Book at least 1 day in advance, by 18:00.
• Adult: Age 18 and above.
• Child: Age 2 to under 18.
• Infant: Under age 2; charged at the Child rate.
• Senior: Age 60 and above; charged at the Adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund is available when cancellation is submitted no later than 15:00 two days before the travel date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours (inclusive) before the scheduled visit are charged 100% of the total package price.

• Tourism infrastructure in Northwest China is still developing. Hotel standards and dining styles may differ from those in more developed coastal cities.
• Northwest China has a continental arid climate with a large day–night temperature range and sudden temperature changes. Bring suitable layers and keep warm when necessary.
• Some areas are dry and windy. Drink plenty of water and bring lip balm, high-SPF sunscreen, a sun umbrella, hat, comfortable walking shoes, and appropriate heatstroke-prevention medication if needed.
• Scenic attractions in Gansu are widely dispersed and driving times can be long. Please allow for fatigue and take adequate rest.
