Itinerary & Services

• Total Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours including arrival and entry assistance; the performance itself is approx. 1 hour.
• Service Language: Chinese and English.
• Guide & Driver Service: On-site staff assistance only. No vehicle, driver or walking guide service is included.
• Pick-up / Drop-off: No hotel pick-up or drop-off. Please make your own way to the venue and dismiss independently after the show.
• Meeting Point: ERA venue at Shanghai Circus World, 27 Guangzhong West Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai.

Timeline

• 13:30 — Arrive at the venue for the 14:00 performance. Staff will meet you at the entrance and assist with admission.
• 14:00–15:00 — ERA Intersection of Time performance. Self-dismissal after the show.
• 19:00 — Arrive at the venue for the 19:30 performance. Staff will meet you at the entrance and assist with admission.
• 19:30–20:30 — ERA Intersection of Time performance. Self-dismissal after the show.

Inclusions

• One ERA Intersection of Time ticket in the selected A Zone or B Zone.
• On-site staff reception and assistance with QR-code entry.
• Chinese / English service support at the venue.

Exclusions & Optional Add-ons

• All transportation to and from the venue.
• All meals and drinks.
• Any personal expenses or services not specifically listed under Inclusions.

Minimum Group Size

• Minimum booking: 2 tickets.
• Adults and children are charged the same per-person / per-ticket price.

Booking Cutoff

• Please book at least 1 day in advance, by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund for cancellation by 23:59 one day before the travel date.
• 0% refund for cancellation at 12:00 on the travel date.

How to Redeem

• Select your preferred date, seating zone and show time when booking.
• For the 14:00 show, the QR-code e-ticket is sent at approximately 13:00 on the performance date.
• For the 19:30 show, the QR-code e-ticket is sent at approximately 17:00 on the performance date.
• Do not go to the ticket office. Your booking is registered online; proceed to the venue entrance and meet the on-site staff for admission assistance.
